YourPeople.
YourPeople allows users to share, view, and respond to their people across multiple platforms from one app. By putting them all in one place, we are bringing social media back to its beginnings, in a convenient and fun way to keep up with your friends.
As a Visual Designer and UX Designer on this project, I helped develop personas and initial wireframing, while spearheading the surface design and development of the prototype.

The "dream app"
Being tasked with making our "dream app," this collaborative project set out to put the "social" back into Social Media. We were exhausted with how oversaturated our Social Medias had become with advertisements, random liked pages, and those random people you once met at a party. Because of all these posts, we were able to see the ones of those that were most important to us, our friends and family.... our people. YourPeople was designed to curate your feed to the people you care about most, without having to waste your time deleting friends and unlinking pages.
This app allows you to group your friends so you can have a timeline for friends, family, classmates and more. You can curate which social medias you want to see for each person and edit it any time. This app isn't designed to take over Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter or Instagram, but to help the user connect with those that are most important to them, without losing everyone else on their feeds in the process.
